The other reviews are not exaggerating. This is the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. I kept my apartment super clean yet had a roach infestation from day one. At first they would come and spray but they now seem to have given up and let the roaches roam free. The building is digusting, the residents don't care at all about the place and throw food and trash on the floor in the public spaces and elevator.

The management is horrible, they are rude and unhelpful, on the rare occasion they are actually in the building. I don't blame them, I didn't want to be there either. This is run by a huge property management firm, Gates Hudson, you'd think they'd be concerned about their reputation.

You can tell this could be a decent place if they tried. They do not enforce fire codes for the residences, and many apartments have 10-15 people in them, adding to the parking nightmare. Illegal and unsafe but management could care less. The doors to the outside are always propped open, the building is NOT secure, anyone can come in.

Kids run wild, they pull the fire alarm, the poor fire department is out at least once a week. It's so so noisy, you can hear absolutely everything through the walls and front door.

They don't tell you that the air conditioning only works from May to September, so on 92 degree days you'll turn on the air and get heat instead. Again, unsafe. When it is working, it leaks.

Please, please, don't move here. If you have to get a second job or a roommate to afford a different place, do whatever it takes.
