Roaches, roaches, roaches. They management office makes only token attempts to treat the problem. The exterminator just does the same thing every time, puts the same bait in the same places. It didn't work before, so do the same thing again. They keep claiming that they're going to get a new company and treat the entire building, but we've been hearing that for months.

The property manager is useless. She asks me if I'm still having a roach problem and when I say "yes" she doesn't say anything, just stares at me!! The woman who usually works in the outer office is rude, she doesn't even greet you, just gives you an annoyed look when you come in. Sometimes she'll roll her eyes and say, "now what'"

The office is closed more than it's open and is open only at random times, sometimes it doesn't open until 3:00 pm.

The new fire alarms are barely audible from inside the apartment.

The halls are dingy and dirty, with smears of dead bugs on the walls.

The maintenance staff doesn't fix anything. They come in, look, say they'll be back and disappear.

Heat and AC only work certain times, so we've been without heat in 40 degree weather and without AC in 90 degree weather.

There are always washers and dryers out of order and the PM always claims the repair person was just here, so she doesn't know why any would be broken.

There are holes in the elevators filled with chewing gum.

People park illegally even when there are spots available, making it difficult to drive or pull up to the back door to unload. The back door is usually propped open.

People blast LOUD music from their apartments and cars and stand in the parking lot yelling up to people in an apartment, rather than going up or calling.

There are always sleazy looking guys around and the police are here often. There are no tables or chairs in the lobby because someone took a sledgehammer to it. There are elderly people here who have no place to sit while they're waiting to be picked up.

This place is dirty, gross and disgusting and we can't wait to more out. I get depressed just walking towards the building.
