In the 6 months my roommate and I have lived here:

Our apartment, which we keep spotless, has been fumigated no less than five times, and baited several others (usually by ourselves); still we're crushing roaches every day.

The chain to my bicycle was cut, and my bike stolen. The PM provides no safe storage place for bicycles.

Had my car towed right out of my parking space, and yes, I had to pay to get it back. Towing company is only out to make a quick buck; they'll damage your car, and still the fire lanes are packed with illegally parked cars.

Sleazy guys hanging out in the lobby throughout the day and night, drink and throw up in the elevator, urinate down the stairs. Security is a joke - most of the door locks are broken or ripped out.

Had all of our underwear stolen from out of the clothes dryer. Hung flyers up to alert other residents, and the PM pulled our flyers down.

Loud parties and yelling every weekend.

Trash strewn about the hallways, lobby, and trash room floor. Trash mostly consists of dirty diapers, rotten, stinky vegtables, and beer bottles. Complained numerous times to the PM, provided photographs - useless. Hung up "no dumping" flyers in english and Spanish, people dump their trash right below the flyers.

They tell you up-front that the security deposit is non-refundable. What kind of incentive is this for people to not trash their apartments'''

Walls are paper-thin; we've hung a dozen pictures on the walls, and I've not struck a single stud!

The fire alarm is so quiet, that many times it goes off and not a single person leaves the building. A death trap waiting to happen!

We moved here thinking this would be a good place to live, at a decent price, while attending college. Now instead of studying, we're spending all our time trying to get out!
