I moved in last year because I got a really good deal on rent, but as soon as a moved in I regretted it. I have had nothing but problems. There are roaches everywhere and they do come spray, but it doesn't help at all. In the laundry facilites, half of the dryers do not work, most of the time the machine to add money to the card you are required to use does not work, it smells like somebody peed in there, and you see roaches running all over the floor. The neighbors are extremely rude and dirty. They leave there trash all over the hallways, stairwells, and grounds. They also let their children run around screaming unsupervised or riding there scooters and tricycles in the hallways and when complaints have been made nothing has been done to correct the problem. It is not a very safe neighborhood, If you take the bus you must walk up a big hill and at night most of the street lights are out. The maintenance team is horrible too, when I moved in I wrote down things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance man came and said he need to order parts and has never come back, even with repeated requests to management. One night, the fire alarm went of several times and there was no fire. The new management is just as bad as the old one. They work bankers hours and are not very worker friendly. The person who is at the desk on weekends is rude and not willing to help the current residents.
