Widsor Tower in Columbia Pike is the worst place I've ever see in my whole entire live. It is unsafe place although they have security outsize the building between 8.00pm to 4.00 am, neighbor fighting and screaming in the middle of the night,lots of noises, kids crying, the lock in the front door does not work properly, free access to buildings most of the time, empty beer bottles around the building, men drinking beers in front of the building during the weekend and hollidays. Men are all around and stare. They tend to whistle or say rude remarks. The ------- community is overwhelming there, lot of peoples in the same apartment. Roaches and more roaches walking in walls, in the light lamp, around the diswasher, in the bathroom, in the living, millions of the small rocheses imposible to exterminate, we apply combat gel, fumigate with Home defense, spray and other poisons but nothing happen, it is a problem in both building, we need to stop cook and also keep evething on the refrigerator,around 12 kids playing and fighting in the lobby every afternoon and weekends. Guest parking basically doesn't exist, they only give out 7 guest passes a day. Which is nothing when they have like 10 people living in the same apartment. I do not understand who they are allow to rent this unsanitay place.
In the leasing office, they lie and takes advantage of the largely --------- population that lives here, they believe that they can do anything because most of the tenant are --------- and maybe illegal, they know all they problems, but they pretent that is something new that only happened to you. I had the most horribles moments in my entire life talking with a rude manager, ------, who wants to take advantage of peoples that can not live in that disgosting place and claim the minimum rights. In my opinion, place like this must me closed and demolished. They are offering a month free, do not believe you catch a good deal, you are buying a big problem because if you break the lease be prepare to pay a big penalty. By the way, do not eat the cockies they offer in the leasing office, are cockoaches walking in the table.
