I have never lived in a place were roaches, mice, and bed bugs have free rein. The infestation goes from one type of vermin to another, continually. The property manager is one of the most repugnant individuals I've ever encountered. She's rude, unresponsive, and hostile towards tenants who ask anything. We have never been able to have the property manager and/or her assistant aid us in any of our concerns problems.

Even calls to the owner, Carmel Partners, ever provided a fix for the ongoing problems.

5539 Columbia Pike should be condemed by the county.
