I'm a new resident here...and I already want to move! This place takes the cake of one of THE WORST PLACES TO LIVE IN ARLINGTON! And people...can we say ROACHES...WHAT THE HECK'!' I have complained about these roaches and nothing has been done about it. Also, I used to work at a restoration company...and used to do alot of mold jobs. This apartment building needs to be condemned...There's mold in the AC/Heating unit...There's mold in the bathroom and when I come through the back door...I see a big vent the has mold crawling out of it. This place makes me feel so damn dirty. And we've been getting mice, too...you wanna know what they did to "fix" the problem' They put up sticky traps....nice, so now we don't only have the smell of urine eeking through the building, we also have the smell of dead, rotting mice....LOVELY! OHHHH, and not to mention the retards that work in the office...omg! The manager is very sweet, but the rest of them, omg...where do they come from, I would really like to know. The parking policy is beyond retarded...I have had my damn car towed twice since I have been here, nothing that they have towed me for has been in writing...they make up thier own policies and hand out a paper at the miost inconvenient times....I hate this place...and I pray that you guys read this before you move in...take it from me...this place is soooooo not worth even living here for free!

I use to live there 2 years ago, and can I say it was hell. I was terrified to walk through the hallway to my apt to see what was lurking in the hallway roaches galore and even the tenants creeped me out!!! The roaches DO NOT go away. My dad found some blue powder stuff that you can put all along the apartment and thats the only thing that worked a lil. Oh I feel for you. If you can afford to break your lease. I ended up living with a friend and paying monthly for the ---- hole. Oh ya and they never gave me back my security deposit, and since I never lived there I never ruined anything...hmmm...they officially SUCK!
