The apartments are nice when you get inside, but area outside...especially with the new construction is getting worse by the day. Management apparently thought it would be a good idea to cut the complex's parking in half, forcing residents to park their cars off the property. Grounds crews go through the apartment complex every morning to pick up the trash left by neighbors the night before who dont know how to use a garbage can. The staff usually responds to workorders in a decent time, but one issue of mine has not been fixed since it quit working in November. Seeing as it is the heater, it really would have been nice to have it fixed before winter was over.

The neighbors are some of the nicest neighbors I have lived around, however sometimes they feel it necessary for the whole complex to enjoy their music...at all hours of the night. Have seen drug deals going on around the complex more and more in the last few weeks and the hoodlums with their thumping cars in the parking lot throughout the night.

Cheap apartments, great location (btwn Clarendon and Courthouse), but horrible place to live.
