Been there for four years. It is as no frills as you can get. However, you can't beat the price,location, or service.
My one bedroom apt. includes a washer/ dryer,dishwasher and wall to wall carpeting.
The management team is EXCELLENT. I've never waited more than 24 hours for any request. You can not beat that.
It is true that you get what you pay for. It is not fancy. And yes there are people hanging around the parking lot. That said, the neighbors are all very nice people. They smile, hold doors open, etc. If these are "Section 8" people. Give me section 8 people every day of the week.
