Noisy construction and parking problems

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
As soon as I moved in I wanted out. Filthy apartments, poor management, unresponsive staff, roach infested, and more recently noisy construction, parking hell. In summery... it is an unworthy experience.
