It's CHEAP!!! Given that fact, you can't expect a lot.
The neighbors are truly lovely people: polite, courteous, genuine -- ALWAYS. I am one of the few white people here and I have never had a problem with any neighbor. Anyone who feels otherwise is crazy.
Management: A very decent team. I have NEVER waited more than 48 hours for anything. And usually it is 24 hours or less. Give this staff some credit. They work hard.
Buildings: Lobbys could use a paint job. Buildings are very -- VERY solidly constructed.
Drug Deals: Seen what appears to be dealers. Seen cop cars. However that has slowed down since the construction began.
Roaches: Did see them for a period of time. But roach bait boric acid did the trick. No mice. But I do have two cats.
Again, for the $$$ you can't expect Trump Tower.
