I moved in my unit in January so while I'm still a newbie, I have to say, it's been great so far! The buildings are a little old but very solid and, therefore, noise is not a problem. The maintenance team and office staff are very efficient -- the turnaround time is very fast and always courteous. (And the halls are cleaned daily!) Snow removal is fabulous. As a petite asian, I was a little (just a little) nervous about safety -- especially after reading some of the other reviews mentioning drugs -- but am way over it. If you treat people with respect and friendliness, you get it right back. Bugs - I did have to do some thorough cleaning when I moved in but since then, nothing (of couse I am using preventive stuff plus I have 2 cats). My only complaint' They need to increase the amount hot water that's available. If you try to take a shower too late in the morning, you might be SOL for hot one. I just modified my schedule and take my hottest showers at night. Parking is also a little tight.
