Don't even think about it.

Here's the best part. My car got towed for being parked over the white line. And you know who paints the lines on the parking lot so crooked and so uneven that some spaces are twice as big as others and you pretty much have to park over the line' That's right, the same company that they contract with to tow you for parking over the line!!
I lived here for two years. I only lasted that long because I traveled three weeks out of every month. Even with being there mercifully infrequently, I still wanted to kill myself every time I spent more than two consecutive hours there. The biggest issue was the noise, and it was non-stop. The people next door and the ones across the hall both threw raging parties every weekend. They started at 10 am saturday and ended at some time monday morning. There is no security to call so unless you like frequently calling 911, you have no recourse. I won't even go into the guys that lived upstairs from me, but I don't think they ever slept.
The management is a nightmare. They speak very little english and will lie right to your face. The place is over-run with roaches, and no matter how many times you empty your kitchen of everything in it and ask for the exterminators to come, the staff will have some excuse for why they didn't call them. I bought a new car after I moved in, and since I didn't scrape off and return the parking decal, they charged me $50 for a new one. Because I might have sold my old one to someone else. IT'S FREE TO PARK THERE. I literally had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to repair the door to the building because it wouldn't close and therefore wouldn't lock.
Since the staff don't take your deliveries, the mailman just leaves them in the hall. Every package ever sent to me there was stolen. Most of the time there was no hot water, or if you were lucky you could shower for about 30 seconds. I tried many times to explain to the staff that it wasn't that my hot water was out, it was that it didn't stay hot for more than 30 seconds. They would send in maintenance (eventually), who would leave a work order saying the hot water was working. Ok, until you get naked and stand in my shower long enough to wash your hair, don't tell me the hot water works.
I know the place is cheap, but I wouldn't spend another night there if they paid me.
