Quincy Plaza Apartments 84% Recommended May 14 2008: I have lived here for two months now, and I have experienced more problems in this apt complex than most places i've lived. The manager of the building, Bonnie, was completely unhelpful and unfriendly to the simple requests I made Avalon at Arlington Square 40% Recommended May 13 2008: The apartments have roaches, the walls make knocking sounds throughout the night and when you report it to the office, the staff including the head Manager at the office are VERY RUDE. They don't attend to your maintenance needs or Park Georgetown (formerly Fort Georgetown Apartments) 56% Recommended May 12 2008: so here is a bit of offsetting, since I don't think that this is the way to make the residents happy, dumb @$$....
