Rosslyn Heights

1804 North Quinn Street, Arlington, VA 22209

10/14/14 by Verified Resident: Great experience! I found that the environment, facilities, location and service in Rosslyn Heights are just satisfying me. At first I thought the rent price was a little high and wanted to move out, but luckily I had a chance to catch the low price when my lease was over, so I continued my rent without any hesitation. Rosslyn Heights will never be a second choice! more

Fillmore Garden Apartments

805 South Walter Reed Drive, Arlington, VA 22204

03/17/14 by arlingtonrunner: Fillmore Gardens is a huge bargain in Arlington. It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located, all without having to pay an arm and a leg. Over the 2.5 years we have lived here, we have been lucky to call Fillmore home. The living room/dining room is large, as is the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit small and outdated, but are clean and serve their purpose. more

Myerton Apartments

108 S Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA 22204

10/15/14 by Verified Resident: I have had a very positive experience at the Myerton. The main difference between the Myerton and other apartment buildings has been the staff. They are fantastic! I probably wouldn't have re-signed if their current staff wasn't there. The buildings are very dog friendly which is great. The pool and grill area was taken care of well in the summer. more

Park Adams Apartments

2000 North Adams Street, Arlington, VA 22201

09/24/14 by Verified Resident: The experience has been extremely positive so far. The only glaring problem is the laundry room renovations. The staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. There seems to be a continual issue with the water pipes that has yet to be resolved. more

Horizon East & West Apartments

4300 Old Dominion Drive, Arlington, VA 22207

10/13/14 by Verified Resident: Very good community especially for the price. People in the building are much more friendly than other places I've lived in in the area. Convenient to Ballston and Clarendon. Pretty easy to get a parking spot, although it would be nice if they had visitor spots. Overall I'd recommend. more

Crystal House

2000 S. Eads St., Arlington, VA 22202

10/15/14 by Verified Resident: I like this area because every thing I need is in walking distance. Especially, since I need to go to DC 5 days in a week, the close of subway station is necessary; and I can get to there in 5 mins walking. Also, there are plenty of grocery store and shopping center in about 10 mins walking distance. more

Dominion Towers

1201 South Court House Road, Arlington, VA 22204

10/13/14 by Barbaraturner1310: The management staff is very friendly, but does not always follow-through. I also really appreciate the effort to make the place look nice and fun (like the wall decor in the basement) and it is such a shame that people rip it down/it falls off. I can't wait for the elevators to be renovated! Please replace the garbage cans near the mailboxes with recycling bins. I know the trash room is more

Windsor at Shirlington Village

3000 South Randolph Street, Arlington, VA 22206

08/05/14 by anonymous: Living in Shirlington is awesome; everything you need is literally at your doorstep including restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a dog park and a few running trails. The area itself is great; you have a lively enough crowd most nights without being inundated with the prototypical Arlington tool bag. You have everything there at your disposal to stay entertained, or active, or drunk, or really more
