Alexan ryan?s is attractive from the outside but overall i?m not really happy with them..yes, they rent out movies, but only do it during office hours and they don't enforce returning them, so the movies you want to see usually are gone after a couple of weeks. the townhouses themselves are incredibly drafty. cold air comes in through the electrical outlets and it seems like all of the bedroom?s doors aren?t all the way closed when they are. the walk in closets and bathrooms in the bedrooms don?t really make up for the lack of size of the actual townhouses. the shape of the house makes it difficult to use up all of the limited space you have. the parking is a joke. sometimes you can?t park in your spot because it blocks people in. i don?t like that you can?t get to your water heater and utility closet..and the only way you have an alarm in your house is if you pay for it. overall, these are a little too expensive for the size and the quality.
