I moved into Alexan Ryan Apts I started out needing repairs. It took about 10-15 calls to Mgmt and a few calls to TCR to get the Manager to fix the problem correctly and she wasn't so apologetic. The staff is very friendly except the Property Mgr who makes the decisions. The Townhomes appear to be very spacious but the garage takes up atleast 25% of the floor plan. The master bedroom is extremely small. If you have a king size bed you will have to put the remaining furniture in the hall. The living room and dining room are one of the best features but that also depends on which floor plan you have. The home office is decent. The decks are vary spacious which is another good point. If you have children or enjoy basketball there are play areas on the property. The neighbors for the most part are respectable and friendly. There are plenty of dog owners and they normally walk there dogs on leashes. The property is normally clean except by the garbage recepticle but 300 tenants drop their garbage there daily..The TH are very drafty(windows) in the winter, the bottom floors stay cold you are almost forced to keep the heat over 80 degrees in the winter months
