For those who do not know, Alexan Ryan's Corner is now named Parkside at Ashburn because it has been sold to money-hungry business men who walk all over others to satisfy their own greedy needs.

They have decided to put all the townhomes up for sale, which basically kicks out all those tenants who cannot take on the incredibly huge financial responsibility of a mortgage by the time their lease expires.

The worst of it is that these balding, shmoozing business men gave me the run-around about the situation all summer. I have received numerous letters dancing around the issue, telling me that nothing will change, rent won't increase, and I can renew my lease. Lies!!!!
I also spoke to the actual owner and his dishonest side-kick Glenn, who both told me to my face that "everything would be fine. I would be okay." I should have known that that was greedy business-men talk for "we are lying to you! We are going to eat you up and spit you out!"

This all occurred at their little cocktail-"We're gonna get you all drunk and tell you what's really going on- sign on the dotted line"-party. It was also a great opportunity for every mortgage lender in town to corner me and try to financially rape me. Thanks guys, I had a great time. But snobby food on the end of a toothpick is not going to make up for the a-holes you are and what you are doing to other people.

I was very very happy here and settling in nicely when these shmoozing a-holes came along and ruined it. Now I have to move again for the third time in three years, when I finally felt like I had found the right place.

This might be a great "investment opportunity" for them and others, but I couldn't give a rats ass!
When they took one look at our development, they didn't see people living here, they saw dollar signs! That just makes me sick.

I am not only furious with the new owners of "Parkside at Ashburn" but I also hold the previous and original owners accountable as well, Trammell Crow.
When I moved here, I invested in them just as they invested in me. I wish I could have done a background check on them! I moved here expecting to stay here for at least 2-3 years. If I had known that I would have had to leave after only one year, I would have never moved in.

As far as I am concerned, I will never live in Trammell Crow housing, I will ward off everyone I know from them, and I hope that Parkside at Ashburn fails and all these businessmen taking over our community end up in jail with Martha Stewart!

Don't buy these places! Wake up people! Why do you think they want to rid their resposibility of these places' They are pieces of crap and they know it. It would cost them more to keep them then get rid of them. Trammel Crow knew it, and so do these guys. These places are rentals. They were built and designed as such. I think anyone who buys these places are foolish.
