We once lived at Alexan / Parkside and all the stories on this site are true (that is, the ones that are complaints and not those fake good reviews put on by the staff of Alexan Ryan)! How pathetic was that'!
Look elsewhere, living in a sewer would be more healthy, cheaper and less frustrating. Also the staff, made sewer rats appear to be more intelligent and accommodating. We thought we'd check out the status on our past hell-hole and guess what - no change!
Explain any sicknesses you may have endured as a result of living there. It could help as a get-out-of-lease-free cars instead of being robbed $2000!
