I moved in on Dec. 15 with no problems to report. I thought after reading comments on this place that I made a bad decision on Parkside but no problems to report. Plenty of parking. No water problems !! very quiet neighborhood. Office has fixed everything I have called for them to do with a little pushing but I guess they are in transition with renters to buyers. I do see a problem in the last week with trash but called office and they say that motor broke in compactor. O well post in another month to tell you how that goes. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
