Extremely disappointed w/ the level of quality @ the Ashburough. I hear EVERYTHING from dishwashers upstairs-to people walking in the halls. Drywall is falling from my ceiling, water leaks constantly, have tons of mold growing in the walls due to shoddy repair work. Maintenance can never respond or fix problems in a timely manner. I have called the emergency line on numerous occasions only to find that it is not “working”. I have tried to file complaints w/ Management-and they do not respond. I suppose you can't expect much when the incompetence goes all the way up the ladder. Ashburn has tons of new complexes-wish I had chosen another one.

I wish I had chosen another one as well. This has be the worst experience of my life. The staff are a great bunch of people,NOT!!! They are so dang rude, it isn't funny, but at least my lease is up soon - won't be staying here...(thank god) :-)
