Yes, the walls are paper thin. You have to choose wisely -example, end unit on top or bottom-it depends if you want to being the person pissing off or the person pissed off. The pool has strange working hours and the staff is a medium of friendly. Parking is good.

well like i guess everybody has a good answer to the bad issues, but there is only one thing nobody comments in pro or cons.. is that the place is really noisy, that is true that you can even hear your what happens in the others apartments around you.. ummmm

Hi, I'm the person being pissed off/on. This is the worst place I've ever had the great displeasure of living at. Besides the JA's above me who run their 100lb Rotweiler at 2 in the morning (barking the whole time), we get them drunk and partying until 5AM, hanging out yucking it up at 3AM on the deck. Oh and grillin' on the 2nd floor patio. Don't see how that happens so much around here, since it's against the county fire code. That brings up a good point, why doesn't everyone have to get their tags and county stickers like the rest of us. I just love the eye high trash pile by the compactor on a weekly basis. Doesnt do any good to complain, The staff is rude, obnoxious and really doesnt care about its residents. Well, the one who actually pay on time and keep the noise to a minimum. DONT RENT HERE PLEASE!!!! THEY SUX BIG TIME... Leaving Shorty B-)

for your county car stickers, no everyone does not. if you are military or a student from another state, you can keep your car current with tags and stickers of your home state.
