I have lived at the Ashborough for just over 1 year awaiting the completion of a new home.
The positives are the area..lots of conveniences nearby, ample parking, great attached garages, cordial staff, well-kept grounds, and generally well laid-out floorplans.
The negatives (which are very common in new construction and not unique to Ashborough): NO sound insulation at all...I had water leaks from upstairs units and when the ceiling and walls had to be cut open there was NO sound insulation at all between units....if you have noisy neighboors you better plan on not sleeping...door slamming and footsteps from other units sound like they are right in your own unit!
Relative to other apts in Loudoun and Fairfax..I would recommend The Ashborough.

I wouldn't recommend this place to people that I hate. The staff are rude as snot. HATE IT HERE!!! moving soon, dont try and sweet talk me out of it. My minds made up. THEY SUCK
