Good Experience, But Pricey

Have lived here for 1 year, and our experience at "The Ashborough" has been a positive one for the most part. Our apartment is a fairly spacious 2 bed den, the apartment is structurally sound, and since I live on the 3rd floor, corner unit, noise for me has not been a real problem; exception to that statement is the noise/vibration generated when people move up and down the stairwells, sounds as if a crowd is walking through your living room at that moment, but only for a moment.
The staff has been friendly, attentive and respectful from day one. The grounds maintenance has been just a little un-even at times; for the price one pays for these units, I expect total attention to grounds maintenance. Depending on where you live in the complex, be prepared for a hike to the dumpsters, but hey, we can all use a little exercise right' Speaking of the dumpsters, some residents appear to have impaired eyesight and habitually miss placing garbage bags into the dumpster, sometimes there is a little mess about the dumpster area for a day or so.
The property allows pets such as small to medium size dogs, which is nice thing, even though I do not own a dog or cat. We had a small problem for a while of a minority of dog owners not picking up their pet's "non-returnable deposits", but that seems to have stopped. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, wooded, quiet (for the most part) with upscale homes nearby; plenty of close by family and lifestyle support facilities such as food stores, restaurants, Golds Gym, shopping outlets, banks, post office and schools. See if you can haggle on the rental price though, I believe The Ashborough should be priced about $150 to $200 a month less that what you maybe offered.

I disagree with you, sir. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff members. A good rule to remember is to treat people the way you would like to be treated. you sound like you are rude and the kind of person that can not ever be pleased. even if they all kissed your butt, you would still complain. I feel bad for those who have to deal with you.

Hey folks l@@k another STAFFer. No matter what they say the truth will set you free. If I were to treat people the way they've treated me, I'd have to defecate on them. Oh, BTW, never said I was a "sir", butt thanks for ASSuming.
