The apartment complex was OK but the staff sucked.

I lived in this complex from Aug.
2004 to Jan.
2006.
I made the mistake of signing an 18 month lease.
The place was nice but not worth the $950 a month.
When I moved in I was never told of the extra expenses for garbage and water.
I was never informed of the location of the garbage dumpsters.
There are only 2 dumpsters on the property for the entire complex.
The locations are very inconvenient to reach for most occupants to walk to.
Most people drive to them.
On Monday mornings the dumpsters are overflowing with trash and you can barely get near them.
That problem is usually resolved on Monday afternoons.
The parking was abundant when I first moved in.
But as the complex began to fill the parking became a problem.
Unless you arrive home early in the evening, expect to park a little distance from your building entrance.
The exercise room is crowded in the evening.
Everyone seems to want to exercise after work.
I did not like waiting until 9 or 10 PM to use the exercise room.
The pool is also pretty crowed during the afternoon and evening hours.
I found the office staff to be extremely rude and discourteous.
They acted as if once you signed your lease you were struck there and they could treat you as they pleased.
