I moved in only 3 months ago but I've been pleased with living here in this short time. I'm planning on staying here a few years. My apartment is very big and I love having ceiling fans in the living room and my bedroom. I have a nice big laundry room that I use for storage. The apartment has a lot of cabinets for storage, I haven't filled them up yet.

I hardly hear any noise in my apartment. At first I wasn't sure I had any neighbors. Maybe once a week I'll hear someone's washing machine or light footsteps. I used to live in a place where I could hear every footstep my neighbor made, so this is a nice difference. I was worried the planes would make a lot of noise, but I hardly hear them.

When I emailed pictures of my place to my friends, they were all impressed with the quality of the woodwork. Now I'm spoiled and I don't want to live anywhere else that doesn't have crown molding.

I'm very pleased with the maintenance department. I've had a couple of problems and they were all fixed within 2 hours of my repair call. In 15 years of living in apartments I've never had such fast service.

The rent is high but it's a good value. I use the exercise room, and the computers in the business center. That alone is a $100/month value. Subtract that and the rent is the same as other places that don't offer these amenities.

I have one complaint - Too Many Spiders! The hallways are full of spiders and it doesn't look like any attempt is made to get rid of them. The spiders have never gotten on me so it isn't a big problem, yet. They aren't in my apartment so I can live with them. I'm so pleased with the rest of my apartment that a few spiders can't chase me away.
