Once the lease is signed all the sudden the tone of the agents turns 180 degrees int eh opposite direction. I wouldn't say they are rude, but it is obvious they are only interested in the sale and not to be helpful to existing tenents. They sem to not want to be bothered. For this I would not recommend the Ashborough. Too pricey for the size.

Its a great place for people who wants to break all the rules and let their kids run with no supervision and destroy the property. You can complain all you want and nothing will be done about it. I don't think maintenance people are competent enough to fix anything. I just pay to have service people come in and fixes things myself. If things break down totally then may be you will get it replace. If you read about complaints about other apartments around here you will see that they are all the same. I've heard of people's apartment get flood and nobody answere the emergency call. Fire department comes and don't know where to turn the water off. Noise problem is another whole issue. You don't have any kind of noise barrier other than your thin carpet. Unless, you live on the top floor or are one of lucky ones with great neighbor you will suffer. If you are one of the unlucky ones then call the Sheriff office because putting in a complain is not going to get you anywhere and whatever you do don't talk to the culprit yourself because you may get physically hurt. It would be interesting to know if any of you can find out who these people works for so that you can write them a letter. I did not have any luck.
