I would have to agree with "dingoateyourbaby".

I believe we live in the same bldg.

The only neighbors I have trouble with are the ones above me.

They seem to come alive at about 9pm and the stomping and pounding and bed squeaking is non stop.

The insulation is terrible.

I also removed my patio furniture because I would always find cigarette butts and I don't smoke.

I have been here for about 10 months.

I will not renew my lease.

Also, the security gate was inoperable more often than not.

Other than that issue, all else was fine.
