Be sure to visit this complex before signing elsewhere.
The rent is decent, management keeps the place clean, especialy the trash area and they have two pools which keeps the crowds down.
Be sure to look at the rooms the manager shows you to be sure you can live with the applicances which are very cheap but that is how they keep the rent low.
The layouts are easy on placing furniture and the walk-ins are bigger then most.
I like the build-in-desk area for our computer which keeps the computer out of our bedroom freeing up space for a dresser or bookshelf.
No medicine cabinet in the bathroom but you do have drawers and the second bathroom has a hugh cabinet above the toilet which comes in handy.
The garage we have is big enough for a van but we use it for storage right now.
The patio is small but you choose the size you want and the water heater is outside which is a very good idea.
Over all very spacious and airy apartments.
Take the poor paint job as just management saving on money.
Also the location is close to major roads, the hospital and shopping.
Come check it out while you are apartment shopping.
