All of the bad reviews here are correct. The positive ones are either exceptions or management trying to bump their score. Rude is too pleasant a word to describe the way you are treated once you become a resident. The neighbors are noisy, messy and really, really annoying. It feels like a nice slice of southeast D.C. right here in Ashburn.

This is a beautiful community, but not that big... where are these people living to where they're seeing this mess, and hearing all of this noise?... one has to wonder if the saying "You can't please everyone" applies here.
