Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
One and done. You will be too. After 10 months they raised our rent by $300/month without negotiation. They offered a better deal at about 6 monts - but halfway through a lease is no time to have to decide - that's why we got a 12 month lease.
All I can say if you move here is that you have been warned. Read all the reviews, but note that 80% of the positive reviews here are suspiciously similar. There are better options in Ashburn.
P.S. The gate is the biggest annoyance of all time and provides exactly zero safety.
