I want to thank the entire Broadlands office team for their concern and lightning response to my dilemma, especially Gina and Cathy, who called me immediately when they realized that the grab bar on the tub wasn't sufficient, enough.
I would also like to thank Alexis at corporate for her concern. Everyone at Van Metre have been terrific, and I would not hesitate to recommend Van Metre products and services to all of my family and friends in their search for quality housing and builder sensitivity to homeowner and customer issues.
