The property is not suppose to be very old but the paint is so thick on the walls that it gives the townhome an antique look (and not in a good way). All the fixtures seem to be from the 90s and very cheap, old and in need of replacement. The counter-top in the kitchen was cracked, the flooring in the kitchen is horrible, badly scratched and has numerous deep cuts from the previous tenants (the flooring was not replaced for a new tenant and should not have been leased to us in that condition). The vents in all of the bathrooms are rusty. The bathroom cabinets had the facing peeling off. We had to purchase our own stuff to treat the ant infestation because the stuff used by Maintenance did not work. The day of move-in, the cleaning crew was still cleaning the townhouse and did not do a good job because hairs of the previous tenants were still in the upstairs bathroom. When in the bathroom, could hear the entire conversation of the next door neighbors!!! This list could go on and on and on. I would not recommend that place to anyone unless Management improved upon the entire complex (including amenities).

We currently are ending our 1st year in our town home rental, and we absolutely love it. We did have a minor issue with our move-in date being pushed back a day, but that was the result of the previous leasing consultant not being the greatest employee (she has since been released from employment). Because of her mistake(s), not only did we move in a day later than planned, but the place was not entirely ready?? again, a result of that employee, and it was all handled by management very well. Nonetheless, our unit is perfect for our little family, and we have no problems with paint, appliances, flooring, or sound disruptions. I??d also mention that prior to deciding to rent here, we did view the town home models on more than one occasion in several different sections of the property, and our impression was always the same. The only thing that changed from place to place was the floor plan or the view. Overall - I??d highly recommend this place, town homes and all.
