Parking has apparently become such an issue that in the past week, people have taken to parking in the handicapped spaces overnight, rather than driving the complex to find an open space. (I wonder if management more stringently enforced that those with garages use their garages for parking, rather than storage, as the lease document dictates, how many spaces might actually be free? Just an observance from what I have seen in too many open gargage doors!)
