I've been here for six months and have enjoyed it. Maintenance is their that day, when you call, although I haven't had any major problems except for a few ants. Very spacious apartment. I'm on the top floor so I'm not sure about noise from above, but I've never heard any noise through the walls from the apartment next door. On occasion you can hear people going up and down the stairs, but only if you're in the living room and it's pretty quiet. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but only if you come home after 11pm. Management is nice and they haven't lost a package of mine yet. Overall great place to live.
