Our month-to-month lease option after our one year term was up went from $1400 to $2200 because the computer "didn't like" how many leases were up in August. The monthly rent was going up $200 a month to boot. I tried working thru the District Manager who could only offer a transfer to the state I'm moving to. Renting sucks, bottom line. Nice community and the property manager, Tommy, is a good guy who does more than most prop managers do for their residents. But the money we were trying to save on housing went down the toilet thanks to their money grubbing ways.
