I think the reviewer that wrote about it being noisy needs to understand that it's an apartment, noise will happen. The only noise that we hear though is creaking as people walk above us, but that's to be expected.
I have no complaints at all and absolutely love our three bedroom apartment. Tommy is wonderful to work with. And when our dryer wasn't drying very well I put in a service request online 11pm and they were there to fix it at 10am the next morning!
I do agree there isn't a whole lot of parking, but there are no assigned spots so it's easy if you have visitors.
The ceilings are high and the apartments are spacious. The apartments are also in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood!
Definitely would recommend these apartments!!

Sorry. Forgot to mention in my review that I have lived in 9 different apartments over the course of my adult life, so it's safe to say I understand apartments and the noises associated with them. I expect some noise from people walking above, etc. Anyone considering an apartment should expect that at Camden Ashburn Farm or any other community. If that's unacceptable, I recommend NOT moving into an apartment community. Unfortunately, that's not the type of noise that I experienced in my time at Camden Ashburn Farm. It FAR exceeded normal. I debated writing the review in the first place, but thought it was fair to at least relay my experience to others since I relied heavily on apartment ratings when I moved to this area. Since I expect (and deserve) better, I have since moved on.
