Management/Leasing office is a revolving door there has been 3 management changes since I moved in the summer of 2006. That being said they are the most irresponsive because they know they could be gone tomorrow.
VERY LOUD FLOORS you can hear every footstep your neighbor makes.
I moved to this place because they were described and on first appearance looked to be true luxury apartments but this is a mirage. If you are looking at this place here are a few examples to check on your tour. Check out the workout room in the far right corner it looks as if one of the tv??s were ripped out of the wall, this has been in that condition for 4 months now and I have mentioned this to management but no action is taken. Also check out the treadmill in the middle of the row, broken and also has been for 3 months.
Parking lot is extremely dirty and filled with debris, as stated in other posts is known this is a ??construction?? area even though all construction has been completed for quite some time the management refuses to have the parking lots street cleaned and in turn I have also received 2 nails in tires with a cost of $35 a pop to get repaired. I also have informed the management company of a moldy smell coming from my ice maker and sink, this was brought to their attention over a month ago and as with everything else they try to put Band-Aids on major problems??this issues has yet to be resolved.
The trash set up is disgusting and almost toxic, they have smelly, slime covered trash compactors that you must touch to open the door and throw your trash in??be sure to hold your breath when entering that room you may get knocked over.
With out the problems of this brain-dead management this would be a great place to live it is a pretty quiet AREA, not building and in a good location.

The management is a sales team only; they rely on their maintance manager to solve and fix tenants concern' thankfuly he knows what he is doing.

spend 3 bucks to get a tire repair kit. contruction areas are full of nails but at the same time you can pick them up from the road. This site is very nice I have been there for 2 years so far and I love it. The maintenance staff is great and the office staff is exceptional. Danielle Springirth is extermely helpful every time I have had a concern or question. A property and I won't leave untill I move to a house.
