I am not going into all the details of the problems we are dealing with because it's to much of a pain. I will say I am not happy with the managament here, there are a few who are nice but the manager relies on her maintaince manager to handle tenants concerns and he is over loaded with work orders. We like the lay of the apartment and it's location so we deal with the poor management only because maintance does a great job of dealing with our concerns.

My wife and I live at Camden and left before our lease was up because of poor managament. Managament relies too heavly on maintenane to resolve issues and the turnover was higher then at most apartment complexes. The lay out was what we wanted but the noise from outside was annoying. Also cars speeding through the parking lot was never addressed while we where there. You are going to have issues no matter what apartment complex you live at so you have to decide what you are willing to live with. My wife and I now live at a new apartment complex in Ashburn for almost a year now and we have had no issues so far. The management has been very good at responding to our needs and maintenance has fixed any problems we needed addressed. Also our water bill is much lower then at Camden so we are saving money there and the leasing office is in the center with all amenties on one floor so we are happy at our new apartment. I would name our complex but then Camden would erase our review but I will give one clue; Lexington.
