Maintenance is great, management is not

I have noticed recently that the management in leasing is going downhill. They are trying to put their problems on others, such as the maintenance team who has enough work to be doing getting this place into the condition it should be. The managers should be dealing with our concerns not maintenance. In the last couple of months however, I have noticed that the property is much cleaner, and if I have to call in a work order, it is getting done much faster and efficiently. The maintenance team is the only ones holding this place together.
