I was tricked into renting a place here! First they said it would be $1167 for a one bedroom one bath apartment. Expensive, but not too bad in this area, then about 6 months into the lease they are telling me that I am not paying enough in rent and I now had to pay $1310 a month! The girl that I signed with left or got fired and since they dont do their jobs I never received a copy of my lease. After my lease was up in January I had to say in this area for work but didnt know how long so I had to do their Month-to-Month lease which uped my rent to $1460 a month!!!!!! And even with the month to month you need to give them 30-days notice if you are leaving. Also, when you leave they charge you to get the apartment ready for the next people! Not just carpets and regular stuff, but to clean the bathtub, toliets and kitchen areas. Shouldnt they clean it for sanitary purposes' Also, the apartments are almost brand new, but we have found alot of mice feces, and once a dead one! DONT RENT HERE!!!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!

If you pay your rent on time then they don't make you pay late fees and repay concessions. You should always ask for a copy of your lease when you sign! I have lived in a lot of apartments and never have been charged for cleaning issues because I read my lease saying that I have to return the apt. to them in the SAME condition (or close to it)as they gave it to me. Great property just ignorant neighbors. IE the idiot that wrote the review.
