My husband and I signed a lease with Camden Westwind without being able to see the apartments or property personally. Over the telephone and internet the management team was helpful and easily worked with our stipulations including first floor (baby grand piano) and south facing (plants). The grounds are always well-kept, maintenance responsive, and girls in the office friendly (they make a strong effort to learn residents names). Their fitness center includes an array of machines and I can almost always find a treadmill available. There was a month that a TV disappeared and a treadmill broke down, but this never limited my ability to workout. Garbage is only a problem when people thrown their trash in the building instead of the compactor (which is another 5 feet away!). When our lease was up we checked out several other apartments but could not find one we liked better and are renewing for 15 months! I would definitely recommend this property.
