Living at Camden Westwind has been our worst nightmare! We have lived in apartments in 2 different states and never had any problems until now.
1. We have a lady upstairs who constantly "bangs" the floor(the ceiling for us) whenever she feels that we are making too much noise. The office has never resolved this issue and it scares my 2 young kids whose bedroom is upstairs.
2. My son's bike and toys ere stolen and their only response was" go to the police".
3.We were accused of damaging the curb repeatedly and they threatened to take action even when we assured them that it was not our kids who did it.
4. Winter is a nightmare here. They don't clean up the parking lots after it snows and there is no parking. My husband had to take off from work for several days as his car got stuck in the ice and could not move it.
5.People don't clean up after their pets. In winter there is dog poop in the snow and is not cleaned up even after the snow melts.

I also live here and I know for a fact that the snow was removed by maintenance, because I saw them doing it and went up to them to thank them. They had to stay overnight for 3 days to get the snow removed. Like someone else above stated, it is a curtesy that they do this, because it's not stated in the lease that they will.

Actually, it's state law that they do this. The owner is responsible when running a public domicile. It is not a courtesy. If you broke your neck, your wife would be a rich woman.
