My fiance and I visited this site before deciding on an apartment in March, and most of the bad reviews were for management and construction issues. We have personally loved the stay so far. Management is always friendly and nice, there is no construction going on, and the neighboors are awesome. People who complain about management must think they live in a hotel with a concierge, and not an appt complex with management.

The only negative I can think of is that we have a communal garbage area, with recycling, and some of the residents must be lazy, illiterate, inconsiderate bums who mix the garbage and recycling and don't put their garbage in the compactor; but this is not the fault of the complex.

Just our thoughts. We'll be here thru June 08 (14 mo lease) and are very happy so far.
