We have being living here for three months now. The community is brand-new and you can see it in everything! Our apartment had only a single resident before us.
Well, some things did not work from the beginning but we reported these in the move-in sign-off sheet. Everything was fixed to our complete satisfaction within a week. The maintenance guy even installed some convenient extra things. The only inconvenience is that you need to have a maintenance guy to switch your unit from heating to AC and vice versa. However, they checked and replaced all filters during the switch.
The other problem is that residents do not pick up after their pets. You can see this stuff everywhere. I hope that in the spring the grass will grow-up and hide these out.
Again, it is hard to blame the management for that.
Parking is amazing too. Sometimes you cannot find a parking spot right in front of your house, so you have to walk like 100 feet - not a biggie - extra exercise would not hurt.

I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone.
