Don't move here. You'll have to deal with the most clueless staff and maintenance workers. They will not fix any issues at the first visit. I have been a tenanant at this joke of a complex for 2 years. I've had run arounds with the maintenance works for each visit. They leave voice mail messages saying they will be back later that day or the following morning, but never show up. If you attempt to reach them via cell phone or pager, you can't get ahold of anyone. The leasing office staff is useless at following up with problems with maintenance. My current issue is over a month over due. I have been unable to get my issues resolved. I am still waiting for the redneck maintenance workers to show up and fix the problems. I've had 3 visits to the leasing office for follow up with no results.

Do NOT move here.

you hate it so much that you lived here for two yrs, cry-baby. There isnt one "redneck" on the maintenance staff. They are THE ONLY ONES that do anything around this place. Maybe maintenace should just do everything there, it seems that way now. They need to FIre every lazy lady in that leasing office (theve done it 3 times already) and the Manager Jen is a Rude, Lazy, Fat Horrible excuse fopr a person. THANKS
