You failed to mention that the privilege of valet trash service is a mandatory $30 per month. Whether you use the service or not.

When Camden Westwind first opened management cared about the tenants (customers). After about six months, there was a complete turnover in management and leasing consultants. Three years later, it must be on its fourth or fifth rotation of completely new office personnel. It's ALL about unwise, unfair, nonsensical and rip-off management policies.

I just moved out of Camden Westwind and couldn't wait to get out. There are so many negative things to say and so few positive, that it's simpler to acknowledge that the owners tear the thing down and start over.

WOW SERIOUSLY, do you realize the reason for the valet trash? trashy lazy people who dont want to touch the compactor leave their trash on the ground in front of it, this causes a chain reaction of people to leave it on the ground until it gets so bad you cant even get into the building! if people only opened and closed the compactor door approx 3 times the compactor would compact the trash giving room for theirs. because of certain residents we are stuck paying that fee. dont blame camden, blame lazy residents!
