I have been living here since Dec07. We i moved in my balcony door was split in the middle at the hinges. I told them right away and its even on the move in paper. the door still has not been replaced and has only gotten worse. it wouldnt close properly bc it was cracked so i came home 3 different times when my door was wide open from the wind. Now i cant even use the balcony bc if i open the door it falls off the hinges. I have made numerous calls to the office but they always say the manager is out right now can we have them call you back. They NEVER return your phone call!!!!
