When we moved in in the spring of 2006 the complex was brand new (so new we couldn't get mail) & they were doing all they could to get the place populated. I agree with the other posting, the management team at that point was lovely. My last dealings with them before we moved out was less than pleasant. The turn over in the management is high & it leads to incompetence.

As for maintenence, we had a slew of new construction issues with the AC, plumbing, & a few other things. They were seen to promptly, but took several attempts to fix.

I was originally thrilled with this apartment. They are beautiful. It wore off quickly. We added a garage to our lease because there was a small herd of unsupervised children that played in the parking lot. I watched them damage cars & landscaping. Then people moved in above us. Poor construction allowed us to hear everything. Not to mention, they were so eager to rent units, they did not always choose tennants wisely. There were quiet hours, but our neighbors never respected them. I sleep like the dead, but the upstairs neighbors were so loud they would wake me from a dead sleep at all hours of the night. Garbage was also a huge issue. People were constantly piling garbage outside the compactors (some times the compactors were broken, most times people were lazy) until it spilled out of the garbage areas. It was disgusting.

If I knew then what I know now, I would not have moved into this complex.
