I lived there for almost a year and left because the staff was unresponsive (read dead). They wanted to charge me almost $3K to break my lease to move across the hallway to a new lease. They treated me like they didn't want me to live there, even though my rent was always paid ahead of time and there was never any kind of complaint against me. I left the aprtment better than it was given to me and still took several inspections to get it done. They didn't even compare my move in inspection with my move out one, so they tried to hold me accountable forstuff that wasn't right when I moved in. Steer clear of this place. Their cable/internet provider will not work with you if you want HD, faster speeds, etc. If you choose another provider, you're still stuck paying for the service you aren't getting. That's another nightmare. Never had a problem with parking, but that's because I parked across the street from development and walked. Residents should be forced into parking their non-operational/licensed vehicles away from their buildings to clear out some parking for those who have woking cars. Trash situation is horrendous, and neighbors pile their garbage in their porches for weeks because of it. Unsanitary conditions exist. Management wants to run like other Camden properties not taking into account that wildlife has free reign of complex. A case of rabies looking for a place to happen. Pool table is nice, but they lock it up during times when residents could take advantage of it. This place is a joke. Worst place I ever lived - and that's saying a lot. Staff revolves constantly and maintenance folks look like they are on work release from prison. Not too reassuring when maintenance staff gets reportedly fired for stealing, and they don't want to rekey your locks. Run Forrest, RUN!!!

I've lived her for a while and I'm looking to move after my lease is up. I have to say I haven't had any issues with my apartment, except the thin walls and floors. I can hear my neighbors below talking, among other noises. In fact the floors are so thin I can even hear them in the bathroom. The wife must be bulimic, because I hear her throwing-up everyother day. It's awful. So when considering your decision, keep that in mind. Too noisy for me.....can anyone recommend apartments that are more quiet?

I live in another Camden property and I, also, can not wait to move out... the staff is HORRIBLE!!! Same issues with the thin walls and the maintenance calls. UNreal - DO NOT rent from any Camden property!!! SO not worth it

There is a quiet little community in Leesburg called Stratford Club you should probably check out.
