This is by far the most poorly managed place I have ever encountered. The staff is very rude with the exception of one leasing agent. The property manager Jennifer Klunk is a total joke (search Camden Lansdowne where she was transferred from and you will find more complaints). She could care less about any of the residents or thier issues once you sign the lease its like you dont exsist. Everytime I have an issue I am treated like its my fault and like I am doing something wrong by bringing it to the attention of the management. You will be lied to about repairs, given rediculous excuses for your issues and you will not see a single issue resolved. Our building is disgusting and the ceiling is falling in. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can leave this poor excuse for a complex. The place is trashy and not maintained, the management sucks and the overall experience is not pleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone and stay away from the management here at all costs.
